Scholarship request

Thanks for your interest in the work of Topa Institute. We have a limited amount of needs-based scholarship funds designated to support access to our courses for those facing financial barriers. With each course, we aim to support as many people as possible with the funds. To this end, we are not asking for any financial records, but simply asking all who are in need to respond to a few questions.
